As a graphic designer I have created branding, illustrations, websites and logos for a wide range of clients including Brewpoint Bedford, Cambridge Ahead, New Life on the Old West, St Neots Town Council, Roni B’s Kitchen, Blue Lozenge and VetBox. My designs have won awards for best unique logo and beer can designs, and a bronze award from Creative Conscience. After an unusual career path* for a creative person, I've finally found my place as an illustrator and designer.

*If you're interested in career change later in life, there's a few places where I've shared my story.

I’m a freelance illustrator and graphic designer based in Cambridgeshire. I love dreaming up characters full of personality that get into all sorts of silly situations, finding my inspiration in many places such as in the absurdity of life, stories, vibrant colours and observing people.  The MA has been an epiphany for me, allowing me to explore who I truly am as an artist. Turns out my happy place is making myself laugh whilst drawing and painting, and hopefully spreading around that joy to other people. Life can be full of difficulty, suffering, random chaos and misfortune; I see my art as a momentary balm for all that seriousness. My favourite occupations are generating creative ideas, drawing people from life, messing about with acrylic ink and line, and making my characters come alive. You can see my illustration portfolio below.
